Zac Althof just published a paper in Scientific Reports entitled "Attention U-net for automated pulmonary fissure integrity analysis in lung computed tomography images". He has developed an automated system for assessing fissure integrity in lung CT images and has applied it to data from the SPIROMICS cohort.

Adam Galloy (from Dr. Raghvan's lab) just published a new paper on the role of sliding at the lobar fissure and its influence on lung mechanics and tissue distortion during breathing.
